  This place is a welcome refuge for my kids and I while my wife is shopping. They have great drinks and friendly staff. Huge assortment of flavors! Will definitely be back!

  Coffee was good and service was friendly. Not a lot of room inside but it has cute outside spaces when the weather allows.

  Terrible experiences with the owner, I kept giving a chance thinking she was having an "off day". We have been getting coffee orders weekly or more for work. 1st trip: I ordered 6 drinks and 2 bagels, she kept asking if I had their phone number to call these in instead since a line was forming, I said I didn't. When all the drinks were done, I paid, and 1 bagel just needed cream cheese she told me she was going to get the order behind me since they had to wait so long... so she made their drinks, cashed them out, then finally put cream cheese on the bagel so I could leave - seriously. She then asked again that I call beforehand. 2nd trip: I called in 6 drinks and 3 bagels - she said ok they'll be ready in 10-15. We'll I went in after 30 minutes because I got stuck at the post office - THEY STILL WERENT READY! Wtf. She said "they got busy" - so I'm just chopped liver not a customer I guess. 3rd try: I waited a month and finally went back. I ordered 4 drinks when I was leaving Anacortes so she would have time. She said they'd be ready in 8 minutes. I took reservation road and it took almost 25 minutes. THEY STILL WERENT READY!!! So sickening. She said "I got busy" wtf well don't throw a hissy fit if I don't call in an order. Stop letting people cut in front of orders , me ordering 6 drinks is just like having a group of 6 walk in so I should be treated that way. I can't stand the owners attitude - especially when she messes up your drink and blames it on the way you order. Our company drinks will no longer be ordered from here, there are plenty of places in LC with better service.
