  Incredible experience. We were just driving through and decided to stop for an early dinner on Sunday. Husband and Wife team from back east run the restaurant. He was behind the bar, really friendly and helpful without being intruding. They obviously take a lot of pride in what they do, and the atmosphere they have created.
  
  We had the Meatloaf Muffins, and Pork Goulash. Both were amazing and it was very apparent that days went into the brining and smoking of the pork. The meatloaf muffins were served with a smoked cabbage that was like nothing I have ever had before. The "Polish Mule" cocktail was obviously a house special, with the ginger infused vodka and ginger syrup that they made themselves.
  
  The owner described one of the dishes as "a hug in a bowl", which pretty much nails it. Highly recommend.

  This establishment is truly one of the highest quality restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of dining at. Matt and his wife are absolute savants at what they do, and the delicious authenticity of their offerings cannot be beat! I think we've eaten half the menu and I honestly recommend it all (the Goulash is unreal and I'm still thinking about that Bloody Mary...). Matt is also a phenomenal conversationalist and will have at least one or two hilarious jokes to share with you as you dine. Please, please stop in and enjoy all there is to be appreciated about this humble culinary gem!
